Southern Deschutes Volleyball Association (SDVA) teaches essential skills, sportsmanship and teamwork  for girls from the 5th grade through high school.   Teams are formed through try-outs by age and experience then play day-long tournaments in Sisters, Prineville, Redmond and Bend weekends December through March. Club is a great way for to compete against other teams in the area, improving players self-confidence.

SDVA is a non-profit organization with a totally volunteer staff. Other options in Central Oregon provide both Local and Travel (regional) teams but the distance for practices and higher fees prohibit many families in the South County from participating. Local sponsorship & donations help SDVA provide a great experience, expanding the girls' skill and knowledge. If a player is interested in competing at the high school level, Club is a great building block towards being skilled enough to make a competitive team.
